Get Rid Of Neck Moles At Home

A mole is a congenital discoloration of the skin. While these discolorations are relatively benign, when they appear on the face or neck they can cause a person to be self-conscious about their appearance. Since surgical removal may leave a scar, many times those afflicted with readily visible moles prefer to use less conventional methods. The treatments outlined below alter the pH of the skin, killing the tissue from which the mole was created. While these methods are not as fast as standard medical treatments, they are safe and affordable.

Instructions

1. Cover the skin surrounding the mole with a generous coating of petroleum jelly each night before bed. This will help to protect the delicate neck tissues from any residual damage caused by the mole removal treatment.

2. Saturate a sterile gauze pad with apple cider vinegar and place it directly over the mole. Secure the pad with a strip of medical tape or a bandage and leave it in place for at least eight hours

3. Remove the bandage and the gauze pad in the morning. Wash the affected area with mild soap and warm water, gently scrubbing to remove traces of petroleum jelly and any layers of the mole which may have loosened overnight.

4. Continue daily treatment. As the acid in the vinegar begins to dissolve the mole, it will begin to darken and shrink. The change is gradual, but you should begin to see the results within a few weeks with regular treatment. Full removal can take as long as eight weeks, so you will need to be patient.

5. Use garlic in a similar manner, if you prefer. Crush the cloves in a small bowl, forming a thick paste. Or make a paste from castor oil and baking soda. Spread the paste over the mole. Cover the treated area with gauze, secure the gauze with medical tape and leave it overnight.

Tips Warnings

To enhance the effect of the treatment, apply the remedy of your choice (apple cider vinegar, crushed garlic or baking soda and castor oil paste) several times throughout the day. If using a paste, allow it to sit for 10 minutes before rinsing it away with cool water. If using apple cider vinegar, douse a tissue with vinegar and swab the mole, then allow the treated area to air dry.

Prior to attempting a home removal of a mole, please consult a health care professional and have a body scan to ensure you are removing an ordinary mole and not a melanoma.
