How Cook Fried Skinless & Boneless Chicken Tenders

Boneless, skinless chicken is the best type of chicken you can eat because it removes the harmful fat. However, frying chicken in lard or fat does not enhance the healthiness of the chicken. There are several alternatives to these greases that you can use to fry up chicken tenders and have a tasty main course for your dinner.

Instructions

1. Pour approximately 8 ounces of your favorite salad dressing into a frying pan large enough to cook four to five chicken tenders. For example, raspberry walnut vinaigrette yields a sweet and fruity flavor, whereas using a low fat Italian dressing will yield a zesty flavor.

2. Heat the dressing in the pan until hot. Once hot, place the chicken tenders in the salad dressing.

3. Turn the chicken every minute. After six minutes, check the center of the chicken tenders with a meat thermometer. Repeat the process until the center of the chicken reaches 165 degrees F.

4. Drain the excess dressing from the frying pan and return the pan to the stove. Dry the chicken until blackened to your preference. The small amount of oil left after draining the pan will keep the chicken from sticking.
