Make Crock Pot Pork Roast Onion Soup

A rich and hearty pork roast onion soup from your Crock-Pot.

Though creating a soup from scratch typically means you will spend all day in the kitchen, the use of a Crock-Pot or slow cooker can take away the need to monitor your soup all day. This delicious homemade dish will stew all day while you are at work or while you go about your errands. Serve it up on a cold winter's day.

Instructions

1. Ensure that the appliance is plugged in.

Prepare your Crock-Pot. Ensure all parts are washed and assembled and the appliance is plugged in. Spray the surface of your pot with cooking spray.

2. Add cut up vegetables to the bottom of the pot.

Add vegetables to the bottom of your pot. Place pork on top of your vegetables.

3. Mix brown gravy mix, onion soup mix and water in a separate bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix brown gravy mix, onion soup mix and water. Pour flavoring mixture over the vegetables and pork in the Crock-Pot.

4. Cook on low for 9 to 10 hours.

Cover your Crock-Pot with the lid and cook on low for 9 to 10 hours. Vegetables should be tender and the pork should be fully cooked.

5. The recipe should serve 8 to 10 people.
