Make An Appletini

Martinis are incredibly popular alcoholic beverages, with flavors to please every palate. Though you may love a good martini, they can typically cost an arm and a leg at bars and nightclubs. Making your own martinis can be a fun way to entertain and save you money at the same time. One of the most popular kinds of martinis is the appletini, a bright and bursting-with-flavor drink. Follow these simple instructions and create your own appletinis.

Instructions

1. Place several ice cubes into a martini shaker.

2. Add 1 part good-quality vodka, such as Ketel One, Stolichnaya or Grey Goose.

3. Add 1 part apple schnapps and 1 part Midori. You can substitute your favorite citrus liquor in place of Midori, if you please.

4. Placing the lid on the shaker, gently shake the liquids around, carefully blending them. Be sure your shaker is icy cold to the touch, as you want your appletinis to be chilled.

5. Open the spout on the shaker and gently pour into all of the martini glasses.

6. If you have any of your appletini mixture left, allow to sit and chill in the shaker and pour for refills.
