Cook Spicy Taco Dip

Cook Spicy Taco Dip

A dip is a condiment that is often used to add flavor to a variety of finger foods such as bread, chips, vegetables, or cubed pieces of meat. Dips, which can be very easy to make, are eaten all over the world in some form or another.

Instructions

1. Set the burner to medium-high. Brown the turkey until it is cooked all the way through.

2. Drain the juice from the turkey into a small bowl.

3. Set the burner to medium. Add the taco seasoning and 1/2 cup of chicken stock. Stir constantly to ensure that the seasoning and chicken stock is well integrated.

4. Add the tomatoes, salsa and shredded cheese. Constantly stir to ensure that the cheese melts evenly.

5. Set the burner to medium-high. Cut the cream cheese into four 2 oz blocks. Add the cream cheese to the saucepan, one block at a time, stirring constantly until all the cheese has melted.

6. Set the burner to low. Cover the saucepan and let the dip simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7. Add the remaining chicken stock if dip is too thick.

8. Serve with tortilla chips.
