1. Cut avocado in half lengthwise, remove pit and discard. Scoop avocado into a bowl, mash with a fork and stir until creamy.
2. Add non-fat yogurt and mix with avocado until well blended.
3. Add lime juice, chopped onion and tomato and mix thoroughly.
