Allow your newly acquired wine opener to charge for at least 8 hours before you start to open bottles. Place the foil cutter at the tip of the bottle and cut the foil so you can see the cork..The foil cutter is stored in it's own space on the dock. Hold up the opener, and it you look up inside you can see the corkscrew. Place it on top of the bottle and then push the button. It will automatically come down into the cork and then pull it out. You have to hold the bottle in one hand while holding the opener in the other. The whole process takes between 10 and 15 seconds. Push the button in the opposite direction to release the cork from inside the opener.
