Make Low Carb Vanilla Frosting

Frosting is a great way to make delicious desserts even tastier. Adding it to cakes, cookies and other treats, dresses up normal, everyday desserts and can add color to drab chocolates or colorless sweets. However, frosting's high sugar and carb content makes it off limits for many low carb dieters. Make Low Carb Vanilla Frosting


1. Set electric mixer on high. Whip the cream cheese in the mixing bowl until it is smooth.


2. Add in the cream. Keep the mixer running as you add additional ingredients. The mixture should become smooth and creamy.


3. Pour in the sucralose-based sugar substitute and pudding mix. The mixer should still be set on high. The frosting will begin to hold its own shape and be harder to beat.


4. Add the tsp. of creamer. This will soften the frosting a little bit and make it easier to spread on cakes or other dessert items.
