Make Banana Pudding

Banana pudding is creamy and delicious, and it's super-easy to make. This recipe requires no cooking, and the only special equipment you'll need is an electric beater-and if you don't have one, a manual beater works just as well. This recipe serves 8 to 10 people.

Instructions

1. Mix sweetened condensed milk and water in a large bowl.

2. Add the vanilla pudding mix.

3. Beat for 3 minutes on medium speed.

4. Refrigerate the mixture for 15 minutes.

5. Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks. You can do this while the pudding mixture is chilling.

6. Fold the whipped cream into the chilled pudding mixture.

7. Spread about 1/2 a cup of the pudding mixture into the bottom of a large bowl (about 3 quart size).

8. Top with 1/3 of the vanilla wafers.

9. Top that with 1/3 of the bananas.

10. Continue alternating layers-pudding, then wafers, then bananas. You should end up with 3 layers of each.

11. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving the pudding.

12. Sprinkle with crumbled vanilla wafers before serving.
