How Do You Make Wing Sauce Stick To The Wings Better

Wings are a common appetizer or main dish, and they are especially known for accompanying sports games in pubs and bars. You can make your own wings for sporting events or barbecues, but it's important to know make the sauce stick to the wings rather than the baking pan or serving dish. There are a variety of recipes that you can use to make wings, but there are a few specific ingredients to add into the mix if you want to make sure your sauce sticks.


Instructions


1. Put washed and dried chicken wings in a large bowl filled and mix in the vegetable oil so it lightly coats all the wings.


2. Add 8 oz.of hot sauce and the honey to the bowl and mix it in among the wings. The honey is one of the main ingreients that will help your sauce stick to your wings. Once these the sauce and honey are evenly spread among the wings, add the remaining 8 oz. of hot sauce and mix it among the wings.


3. Put the flour in a large sealable plastic bag and then add the sauce-coated wings to the bag with all-purpose flour. The flour is the other main ingredient that will help your sauce stick to your wings.


4. Seal the bag and use your hands to mix the flour among the wings by squeezing and shaking the sealed bag between your hands. Once the wings have been evenly coated with flour, they sauce will stick to them during the baking process.
