Redbar Brasserie

This upscale restaurant is housed in a "sophisticated Hamptons house," according to the restaurant website. The entire dining area is meant to exude a particular elegance, praised by The New York Times and New York Magazine. (See Reference 2.) Redbar specializes in French-inspired dishes, including many unique offerings like Truffled Chicken Breast with Wild Mushroom Risotto and a homemade Terrine de Foie Gras. Only open for dinner and desserts, this restaurant also offers a number of ice creams, cheesecakes and mousses for a finale. Guests may dine in the fireplace-lined dining room or under pillared outdoor patios. With a dancing fish as its logo, seafood is Savanna's particular specialty. Thus, menu offerings include options like oysters, clams, crab cake, scallops, and salmon. Non-seafood options include Filet Mignon, chicken, duck, salads, and pasta. Savanna's also features many wines complementary to dishes and desserts that include a strawberry sundae, elegant cookies, and a banana parfait for two. (See Reference 3.)
