There are many prepackaged options that are suitable for children and adults throughout the day.
Choices for Kids
There are many choices for children's snacking. Yoplait Go-Gurt Smoothies are high in calcium and only 120 calories. They are appealing to children because of the tasty flavors and ease of use.
Clif Bars are another healthy option that come in tasty flavors, such as chocolate brownie, chocolate chip, s'mores and peanut butter. The organic ingredients include 12 essential vitamins and minerals, and the bars have no preservatives or artificial flavors.
Back to Nature Cinnamon Graham Sticks are another good option for prepackaged snacking for children. They have the sweet taste of a graham cracker, but no transfats or saturated fats and are relatively low in sugar.
Adult Choices
